Membership

We offer one-year contracts for individuals and couples, with options for monthly or annual payment. Dependent children (19-25) and seniors receive discounts.

Trial Membership

Afraid of commitment? Give us a test run! Trial memberships are available with a free Guest Pass, good for three visits in a two-week period.

Corporate Membership

To earn the Corporate Membership discount, at least five employees of your company must be Pinnacle Fitness Club Members.

Short-Term Contracts

Short-term memberships are also available with upfront monthly payments.

Guest Passes

Members can buy daily passes for their guests.
