Designed to target your torso working all aspects of the abs and back, sculpting your abs into shape and strengthening your core, which is the key to your overall strength. If you are new to abdominal training, some of the exercises will be challenging, so make sure you pace yourself and modify as necessary.

At the heart of cycle-therapy is community. Nothing is better than a great cycle workout as you enjoy great conversations with your fellow PFC peeps. In 45 minutes you will work on your multi-tasking skills, as you talk you will still push yourself to your limit. It's a great class to get a workout in while enjoying conversation.
